Yes! We ship worldwide for free! You can order your Balmy Drum and get it delivered to your address without worrying about your location.
For orders in United States, it usually takes around 7-15 business days for you to receive your Balmy Drum. For worldwide delivery, it takes around 15 - 29 business days but sometimes, depending on the season of the year, you may receive your order between 12 - 24 business days.
Please note that shipping is insured and trackable. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive an email with shipping information. We usually fulfill your order within 3 - 5 days once the order has been placed.
Depending on the order and the delivery location, our orders ship from our warehouses in different locations around the world.

Balmy Drums come in 3 sizes:
- 6 inch 8 tones Balmy Drum: 6.5 inches in diameter. It weighs 1.5 lbs.
- 10 inch 11 tones Balmy Drum: 10 inches in diameter. It weighs 5 lbs.
- 14 inch 15 tones Balmy Drum: 14 Inches in diameter. It weighs 9 lbs.
You can track your order status and delivery status from the Track My Order tab on our website. You can enter your order number and email address to the tracking tab to see all the details about your order status.
Once we receive the return, we will send it to our Product Management Department to investigate the issue with the product, this process will take 5-10 business days. After they have determined the issue and approved the return, we will process your refund which should not take later than 5-10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
